Color Comparison: Jon Renau’s 12FS8 Versus Ellen Willie’s Caramel Lighted

Jon Renau 12FS8 vs Ellen Wille Caramel Lighted

If you’re an avid wearer of blondes, it can be hard when changing brand names to find a blonde that is going to match what you were wearing previously.  If you like to go back and forth between blondes, this can make it tricky if you want to stay under the radar and have people believing it’s your natural hair.

Fortunately, wig manufacturers do have similar shades across their lines.  Two gorgeous blondes that you’ll want to check out are Jon Renau’s 12FS8 and Ellen Willie’s Caramel Lighted.

While not exactly the same, they both are very pretty and will look great on many skin tones. Let’s look at how these compare.

Jon Renau’s 12FS8

12FS8, otherwise known as Shaded Praline is one of the most popular blondes in this line. It has a darker root at a level 8 brown and then gives a gorgeous blend of light and darker blonde colors. You’ll also notice subtle lowlights of brown mixed in as well. The end result is a very natural light blonde that will garner compliments wherever you go.

See it below in the style Rachel.

Ellen Willie’s Caramel Lighted

Next we have Ellen Willie’s Caramel Lighted. This blonde also comes with a brown root, however you’ll find it’s not quite as dark as what you’ll get with Shaded Praline. For those looking for something a little softer, this is a fantastic choice.

This blonde is a mix of a lighter blonde color and a caramel blonde blend, giving you a gorgeous neutral blonde shade that’s not extremely warm or ashy either. This means it’ll look great on many skin tones.

Check it out below in the style Arrow.

How do these look side by side? See the images below to see them right next to each other in indirect daylight lighting and direct sun. As you can see, Caramel Lighted definitely does have a bit of a caramel feel to it while Shaded Praline does not. This said, both are gorgeous colors that you should easily be able to wear confidently in any style you choose.
